The incumbent should be well conversant with Manpower Planning, Recruitment
Designing & Implementing progressive HR Policies & Systems, Employee Dev.,
PMS, Manufacturing HR, Statutory Compliances and General Administration.
Minimum experience of 10-18 years is essential of which last 4-5 years should be at a
Managerial Level.
MBA – HR/MSW/MHRM from reputed Institution. Strong Conceptual clarity on HR
Fundamentals & Good Communication Skills are essential.
The incumbent should be well conversant with Manpower Planning, Recruitment

PMS, Manufacturing HR,IR, Statutory Compliances and General Administration.

2-8 yrs. of experience in a large Manufacturing set up can apply. An exposure in Rubber industry maintenance is desirable.
