FARES GHEDJEMIS LIFTS THE MVP TROPHY OF THE SERIE BKT FOR MARCH
Fares Ghedjemis played a pivotal role in Frosinone‘s recent resurgence: the Serie BKT MVP award for March went to the 2002-born winger, whom the club signed from Rouen in January last year.
Ghedjemis, a Frenchman of Algerian descent, found the net in back-to-back fixtures against Brescia (securing the winner) and Sampdoria (netting the third in a 3-0 victory), helping Frosinone climb toward a more comfortable position in the standings. He was selected by a panel of journalists from DAZN, the league’s official broadcaster, alongside representative Daniele Maccari from the “I Tifosissimi” community.
The award—created by BKT, a global leader in Off-Highway tire manufacturing and Title Sponsor of the league—is officially recognized by Lega B. It was presented to the player during a pre-match ceremony ahead of the Round 34 fixture between Sassuolo and Frosinone.
After developing in Troyes’ youth academy, Ghedjemis moved to Rouen in 2023, competing in the Championnat National before arriving in Italy. Since his debut on January 15, 2024, he has rapidly established himself as a key asset for the Frosinone squad.
Following in the footsteps of Sassuolo’s Laurienté, the best player of February, we celebrate another French-speaking MVP. Who will be the next to leave their mark?
