The competition
AN INTERNATIONAL AND INDEPENDENT JURY
The awards for each category are assigned by a jury of 26 independent journalists, representing the main agricultural media from across Europe.
This international composition ensures a broad and objective assessment, taking into account different agricultural models, operating contexts and market expectations. The independence of the jury is a fundamental pillar of the credibility and reputation of the Tractor of the Year.
EVALUATION PARAMETERS AND METHODOLOGY
Each tractor is evaluated through a structured and rigorous process, based on a combination of technical data and professional know-how.
Key evaluation criteria include: engine and transmission performance, efficiency in real working conditions, hydraulic systems and integration of equipment, level of technological innovation, the operator’s ergonomics and working environment, overall design and functionality
The aim is to identify tractors that offer tangible benefits to farmers and contractors.
