Earthmax lining up at the BKT stand
In these days, BKT is in Munich for the long-awaited BAUMA, the most seminal event for construction, industrial and mining sector operators. Here, among worldwide innovations, we are presenting again some cutting-edge tires from the well-known BKT Earthmax range.
A family of winners
BKT stable produces only the best horses, and the Earthmax range will never let you down. Here is just some information to become more familiar with these outstanding fellows:
- EARTHMAX SR 41 is an All Steel radial tire specifically designed for articulated dumpers. It has an extra-deep E-4 class tire tread with reinforced connecting elements, and ensures both maximum stability and traction. Impact-resistant and long lasting, it is available in two different versions: one with a cut resistant compound, to be used on rough terrain, or one with a standard compound for mixed applications.
- EARTHMAX SR 47 has been designed for applications with rigid dumpers working under extreme conditions, such as rocky terrain. This tire boasts an All Steel casing with multi-layer steel belts, which guarantees great resistance to external agents, as well as perforation and stability on the most uneven surfaces.
- EARTHMAX SR 53 is the perfect tire for loaders and dozers transporting heavy loads on rocky surfaces, such as in quarries and underground mines. Its particular cut-and-chip resistant compound makes it an extremely durable and efficient tire. Moreover, the tire tread self-cleaning properties facilitate the ejection of stones and debris that might damage the structure.
- EARTHMAX SR 22 has been conceived for loaders and graders working on snow-clad or frozen terrain. Its broad footprint ensures excellent performance in snow removal operations. The combined action of the compound and the peculiar non-directional tread pattern provide this tire with extraordinary traction and grip.
These are the four main tires that Earthmax followers already knew from the past. You can find them on display at Bauma 2016, together with many novelties.
