Passion, hard work, and a touch of magic: this was the spirit of Sogna in grande [Dream Big], the Christmas initiative led by BKT — a leading manufacturer of Off-Highway tires and Title Sponsor of the Serie BKT — in collaboration with Lega B and Pisa Sporting Club.

For this edition, BKT decided to tell the story of football through the imagination of children, teaming up with young helpers to showcase the game from a fresh, emotional perspective. This project reaffirms BKT’s long-standing commitment to social inclusion and community support, values that have been central to the partnership since day one.

SUPPORTING LOCAL COMMUNITIES

The initiative specifically involved local associations dedicated to supporting children in challenging social situations. Participants from the Fondazione Stella Maris, the Amici della Zizzi non-profit, and the “Il Big Bang” community were given a unique opportunity to experience the professional side of football entertainment.

From mini-photographers and video-makers to changing-room staff and announcers, the children stepped into the shoes of trade professionals. Guided by expert tutors and exceptional guests, such as former striker Davide Moscardelli and DAZN journalist Riccardo Mancini, the youngsters discovered the secrets of the stadium and training grounds during two unforgettable days.

THE MAGIC OF THE MATCHDAY

The project reached its climax during the Pisa-Bari match. A young guest dressed as a referee led the teams onto the pitch, while all player escorts wore red shirts dedicated to Sogna in grande, symbolizing the power of determination in making dreams a reality. The journey was documented in a series of episodes shared across Pisa Sporting Club and Lega B social channels, concluding with a special Christmas highlights video.
