Service provider for cookie management and overseas transfer

Cookies are managed using the Cookiebot service of the Danish company Usercentrics A/S. Some services used by this company are provided by providers who are located in so-called third countries (outside the European Union or the European Economic Area) or process personal data in such countries, i.e. countries whose level of data protection does not correspond to that of the European Union. In the case of countries for which the European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision (Art. 45 of the GDPR), the company has taken the appropriate precautions to ensure an adequate level of data protection for any type of transfer. These include, among many others, the European Union’s standard contractual clauses or binding corporate data protection rules.

Rights of the data subject

The law recognises for the data subject the right to ask the Controller for access to the personal data and its rectification or cancellation or limitation of the processing regarding them or to object to its processing, as well as the right to data portability.
